Ryan, you may want to check the Dumbrella boards... they just have been hacked in the last halfhour. There is a exploit people with a high level of php knowledge have been using to erase all info in phpBB boards. There apparently is a fix. I was directed to this for a discussion of this somewhat pertinent security issue.
http://www.phpbb.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=240634
Hopefully, there not as many imbeciles in this forum as there are lurking over there. |

Also that thread you linked to was very confusing, like walking into a play half-way through.
I feel really bad for the Dumbrella guys - they got hit only cause they're a big target. I upgraded yesterday only because I wanted to see if they had a "random quote" plugin, and I saw they had a new version out. |

Yeah, I know that link I had was somewhat unhelpful, but I only half-knew what was going on, and even though Qwantz may not be as big a target as Dumbrella, it never hurts to be careful. We're still alive! ALIVE! |

Sorry about all the trouble, everyone. Sometimes letting people do whatever they want means people will do the wrong things. |

We had to take off and nuke the site from orbit.
It was the only way to be sure.

Damn! That takes me back... was that where Picard is stuck on some planet at night with the alien who only speaks that mysterious language, and they draw on the ground with sticks? Or was that a Growing Pains? |

that and "The Inner Light" are the two most touching TNG episodes.
trivia: the actor who played the alien captain in "Darmok" also played a major role in a star trek movie. The 1st person to answer wins my undying love or something. |

I know the answer WITHOUT imdb.
He played Captain Terrell. But actually I forget his name; he passed away recently, unfortunately.
Also, I suggest everyone invests in the Captain Picard collection on DVD. It's a cheap TNG collection that has great episodes! |

Paul Winfield played the mirror on the wall in the short-lived sitcom "The Charmings", the plot of which concerned a married Snow White and Prince Charming living in the suburbs.
This program is remarkable for the fact that I am the only one who remembers it. |

Don't forget Bubba "Hightower" Smith.
Also, Dick Butkus and Bubba Smith didn't go in the helicopter, they drove the van, which is probably the problem. |

FUN FACT: Bubba Smith and Dick Butkus also appeared together on the ill-fated Joe Pesci vehicle "Half-Nelson". |

I have a toy Blue Thunder helicopter, but until today I never knew what it was from... I used it for GI Joes (obviously). |
