Ryan, in tomorrow's comic, can you please make T-Rex purple without explaining or acknowledging this at all? Because that would be pretty great if you did.
Also! Comment link reads "friend" instead of "fried."
Although I suppose there are those among us who would prefer a friend chicken to a fried one. |

This seems like one of those comics where Ryan took a thought he had and gave it to the T-Rex.
Like Ryan was sitting around one day, and thought to himself, "Man, you know what would be awesome? If I could raise one eyebrow. Because right now, I just can't look intrigued."
It would also explain why he always says things like, "Guys, I'm really intrigued right now." |

The God in Ryan's universe is not very omniscient. |

The T-Rex in Ryan's universe is not very dinosaury. |

I can only raise my left. I think only being able to do one is normal. |

I can independently raise my left eyebrow but not my right, and only that because I spent my entire childhood developing the facial muscles to do so.
Seriously, pick any given moment in my childhood and I was probably grimacing into a mirror, simultaneously raising my eyebrows and trying to hold the right one down by scowling with half my face. To this day that's how I do it -- raise both eyebrows, but hold the right one down (with my forehead, not my hands or something). |

Today's alt text was spectacularly helpful. Thank you, little friend!

Twelve-year-old Boorishly practised raising his left eyebrow (and succeeded in getting it to work independently) because he wanted to be just like Spock. Thirteen-year-old Boorishly then realized that Spock actually raises his right eyebrow, so he started all over again.
Actually, it didn't really take that long and I can now make both eyebrows move independent of one another. As a bonus, it slightly improved my ability to wiggle my ears (though I am still not very good at that). The time investment was totally worth it, and I recommend it to any middle-school student with hours of free time to fill every week. |

I can roll my tongue too. So I think the ladies should also consider me as a serious contender. |

Yeah, I found the second eyebrow was surprisingly easy to train. |

I can do my left eyebrow no sweat, but I have to totally screw my face up to do my right. I don't think it would be worth practising in front of a mirror or anything. I used to spend my time practising my lady-killing smile. I can now totally kill women just by smiling at them.
Also, the first sentence of that paragraph was true. |

Actually, it would probably be even better if T-Rex was NOT purple tomorrow. Because then I would be all like, "Aw, Ryan. You dropped the BALL. The COMEDY ball, Ryan." And I would say that with a really disappointed look on my face, and everything.
And then next week, or in three months, or at some unspecified point in the future, THEN he could make T-Rex purple. I'd pull up the comic that day, and bam! There it would be! Purple T-Rex! And it would catch me completely by surprise, so it would be even funnier.
Also maybe in the last panel God should be saying something like OKAY ADMIT T-REX YOU LIKE THIS BETTER COME ON I KNOW YOU DO |

Whoa that same thing happened to me and I landed in Confusedville down the road of this comic. I gotta stop rushing through my reading.
I can raise my right eyebrow fine, but I could never wink with my right eye, only my left, so I spent days training myself to be able to do so. Now I can wink with my right eye, but it's all forced and awkward. Good thing my left eye is so natural or I'd be doomed when scheming with somebody or if I said one thing and meant another. |

That reminds me of Will Smith winking his boss in A.I. "as a sign of trust" or some crap. Seemed pretty forced to me! |
