I would if I could, but if I could, I probably would not be asking this question. I have to write a topic proposal within the next ~6 hours, if I want to sleep at a reasonable time. Since, I don't want to be held back if I'm denied an option, I'm writing two, they're pretty short anyways.
So, any other HUMAN AND THE ENVIRONMENT issues located in THE AMERICAS (EXCLUDING N. AMERICA) OR ASIA. I can argue for other stuff, and I might be able to get stuff somewhere else if it is a REALLY GOOD TOPIC. |

I always wondered if the people in the audience are laughing at the humour, the comic timing, or if they just want people to think they understand French. |
