Because I've got rock on the brain and thought poorly-made Insert-Popular-Band tie-ins with superheroes would be a nice addition to my day.

O-or if you've got non-superhero related rock band comics that'd be nice too.

F-Chords is about a rock band. I think Nothing Nice to Say is about a punk band or something.

Archie has a band called The Archies and somehow when they make music in the comics it gets released in the real world?

I guess Dazzler (from the X-men) is/was a rock band singer, dunno if that counts.

There's Zenith by Grant Morrison, which ran to three series and some one-offs when he was still working in British comics (so nearly a full tpb worth then) and before he'd rehashed every idea he ever had several times over.

It's less about rock and more about pop-rock and more about late 80's pop-rock and satire thereof, but mostly about superheroes doing unlikely things. Also I don't think there was ever a tie-in musically but there are probably badges and t-shirts and it was originally in 2000AD, which has released at least one Judge Dredd single (it was by Suggs, and it really wasn't very good).

I'm not totally sure, but I think it's a part of this company's line of Rock' N' Roll Comics.

Have to second Red Rocket 7, and suggest The Amazing Joy Buzzards, and Scott Pilgrim is ostensibly sometimes about a band.

Gail Simone got hired to do a Avril Lavinge comic. Good writer, baffling concept.

After reading through the archives a bit, I have concluded that this is a shitty comic.

I think this guy is the guy who makes that comic! I think he was checking his referrer logs.

I also think I am going to check this "Road Crew" out!
