If you looked at the location of the air molecules in the empty room, w-wouldn't that change their position um, due to the observer effect?
And furthermore, isn't phlegm a particle? -  |

Wouldn't you have to take into account the air moving around because when you talk you're exhaling? |

Matt, even assuming there's no possible way to observe the air molecules without affecting their position (I don't know anything about that I guess), I think it's within the already incredibly wide realm of possibility for the observer to take that change into account in his or her calculations. |

This is the society we live in, one in which it is a better option to learn and keep track of every air molecule in a room than to ask two people what it was they were talking about. |
