i've heard about this, hadnt seen this trailer yet...i remain skeptical, but man it would so awesome if they finally got a batman video game right. |

though, since they got Hamill and they got Conroy, it just made the random Commissioner Gordon voice stick out like "who the hell was that?"

This game isn't going to be that, but it is a step in that direction. You switch between "beating the crap out of people" mode, a kind of stealth mode where you can grab a dude and beat him up and other dudes are like "WTF WTF WTF WHO DID THAT WHAT'S GOING ON?!?", and then an Investigation mode that is said to be like the scan visor in Metroid Prime. In that mode you get to notice clues and solve puzzles, SO I'M HOPING THAT THEY PUT THAT AND THE RIDDLER TO GOOD USE HERE.
ALSO: THIS GAME SUPPOSEDLY HAS GOOD CAPE PHYSICS. |

Like already from the trailer it looks like there are going to be too many enemies. This is an asylum, and it isn't that big. And it also looks like they're going to make the asylum too big. It's just a mansion, guys. And if they don't make it huge, that means there are probably going to be a lot of basic lock and key puzzles. I'm already not liking this game. |

It's also got the same Batman voice actor, right? That's what I heard a while ago anyway. That is good, you're right. I would also want to play this just to fight Killer Croc, honestly. |

They claim the game isn't based on any particular movie, comic series, show, etc. It's a separate canon all to itself.

So it looks like the game is mostly stealth based? Which means it could be either very very good or just awful. |
