The thing that really bugs me about this song is that it's not crap in a fun or cheesy way. It's just really, really bland in a manner that inspires deep spiritual weariness, right down to the beat that's pleasant until you realise it's been used in a thousand songs since the mid-90s, and the rapping that is I guess kind of ignorable but if you listen to the words then it makes you want to cry. I hate this - this insidious music. It's like that damned Kid Rock song all over again.

And why the hell is it a bad idea to pass-out while wearing shoes?

because if you pass out while your shoes are on it means you were too drunk to take them off before you fell asleep and are fair game for doodling
