I've seen it a lot before too and mostly it never freaked me out except I guess I never noticed that the little girl is tugging on the dad's wang, which is pretty gross, fake or not.

uh well considering a dildo is an inherently sexual object and so is the act of sucking i think that would be pretty fucked up actually, yes
