blip isn't an autobiographical comic so I'm guessing no
(it has a supernatural plot that usually stays far in the background while the main character does normal things like hang out with her gay ex-boyfriend who apparently represents the artist, at least in this part) |

I actually think I did say something similar to that back when we were both on Drunk Duck, but I don't think those were my words exactly? |

allan at this point do your parents know about your comic?
i mean you get actual money from it right, how do you explain that
and i mean how are you going to hide the fact that you are selling merch?
unless you're hiring someone/doing cafepress?
dont do cafepress man. |

"who's the guy on your shirt?"
"it's Allan!"
"Allan who?"
"It's a guy who has an autobio comic on the internet!"

still want a baseball cap with just your hat on it
I might settle for a t-shirt with your hat on it
or a baseball cap with your hat on it, on a t-shirt |

Here was the original without color tweaks, etc:
And here were two other color schemes:

Newp! I actually have my own credit card/check card so I handle my own finances. The shirts are all being independently printed, so no cafepress, and when my parents ask me what's in the boxes that I'll receive I'll just be like, "Some shirts I ordered" and they'll be cool with that. |

Either that or I'm gunna off-center it a little so the brim is just barely at the furthest right side of the torso. Or I might just cut the brim a little short. |

I like it best in pink, but I don't know a good backing color for it. Also the brim of the hat being on the sleeve is Grade A Dumb imo. Maybe redraw it so that you are a bit off center but the rest isn't? And shorten the brim? I feel it's somewhat important but man that's a lot of hat you are forcing on people. |

llph
Will keep that in mind, thanks.
I think the best backing colors are light green or light blue, but I like weird colors on my shirts. |

much |

Yeah, I trust you guys not to steal the design (cuz who wants it, amirite) but it's just the only big image I have right now.
It also works pretty flawlessly on any shirt color, which is really what I was worried about. |

make it off center even more and wraparound imo
I like the design but I think you need to put a lot more thought into how to make it look good with the general shape of a shirt fitting a person's body. having a pretty large "bust" kind of shot of a cartoon dude with a cloud of stuff below slapped onto my chest just doesn't seem that cool to me |

Yeah, you're right--I didn't really design it with the shirt in mind, a mistake I will undoubtably try and fix with my next design (whenever that is).
I was thinking about making it wrap around the side more, but people bought this because they likes the idea of it being centered, I guess. I don't wanna mix it up too much so that people who already bought it won't want it. |

Me being artsy I guess?
I like using a lot of lines for hair but I don't get to do it too often with my style. |
