Boorishly - I think they might have two different diseases. I actually have a really nasty chest infection at the moment but thankfully that doesn't show on the outside?
Gastrodon - they're coloured with my copic markers that are mostly running out.
mfa - I just have a boring admin-type job that involves so little work that I get to draw/do uni stuff while I am there. also thankyou! |

in reality it is nothing serious and i will be fine, I am just kinda bitter about getting sick so close to exams.
I rushed parts of this one and I don't like it as much as the others. Got impatient drawing in pencil and started on the outline before I'd mapped out the drawing properly blah:
She got infected by punching zombies. |

yeah just here to reiterate how great these are
not too keen on the smile though (or the zombie-like tilted head)
still really love most of them |

yeah I do kind of agree because those are the two that don't look completely resigned I think. i like parts of the smiling one but not the whole thing. really wanted to draw blood on teeth but even that didn't work out completely re: was drawing too small. |

With pictures like these you could create an award-winning graphic novel about sick people. Sick people are very sympathetic characters. |

I can't help but think of kier as the little girl from The Ring who keeps scratching out the faces of people in magazines. Except she is drawing sick people. And I am like, "Why is she drawing sick people? What does it mean? Is something bad going to happen? OBVIOUSLY"
EDIT: Wait I think I mean the little boy. |

boorishly, do you think that I would be secretly making people sick or just secretly sick myself?
secretly a hypochondriac
i did this one on the bus the same day i drew the other smiling one. it is not as good as the others probably because i drew it on the bus
the worst part is I did all of this colouring that didn't show up because I was using my grey pens. not sure what I was thinking.
it looked really cool but of course it disappeared once the ink was dry |

It is more like your art is just a portent of horrible things that will happen later. Not that you are a cause of the sickness that will be the doom of us all but you are a sensitive bellwether pointing at the unsettling shape of things to come even though you do not fully understand it yourself. One of every three patients is a liar, and this is that one. Probably a drug seeker. Don't start her on meds yet. Turn on the air conditioning - if she really is sick she'll get worse and we'll be able to diagnose it. |

I don't have any more infected girls. I went for months and months without drawing anything at all and I'm trying to get back in the habit. So I'm going to use this thread to post things that I draw.
U-until everything gets locked I suppose.
Doesn't really match with the others but I have been doing the artwork for a friend of mine who is making a videogame. This is the "box" art minus the text:

I like the second from the bottom and the one at the top best. They're pretty neat, you see. |

the second to last one is my favourite for sure.
Last weekend a friend came over to draw things on sticker paper.
Really quite happy with this thing that I did:
totally "borrowed" the ghost from michael I think |

Here it is wallpaper sized.
you can see the writing and stuff on the back of the sticker paper but I am too lazy to edit it all out. |
