Cheston, I found a copy of Phaedra in a used vinyl stall the other day and didn't buy it. Should I have bought it?
It had a pretty neat cover. |

That depends if you like music that could be described as an ambient soundscape with sequencers here and there.
I like it a lot myself, but a friend of mine recently revealed to me that Phaedra is the only CD I burned him that he doesn't listen to. (I burned him ~10 CDs 4 years ago)
So my answer is Yes, but your answer might be No. *shrug*
And yeah, TD albums had great covers in the 70s. |

It is bad that I am excited by the prospect of such things.
Other things I turned down but felt bad for skipping: three (three!) Rick Wakeman albums.
I may have to have a long hard look at myself. |

I went through their albums on Wikipedia and almost all the covers are amazing. They make me want to buy them all on vinyl so that I can hang them on my wall.
I am very disappointed that the gatefold cover of Free Your Mind... and Your Ass Will Follow has not been made into a poster. |

I was listening to that song on repeat and somehow it lead to a daydream about my being shirtless at a party, holding a teapot and an umbrella. I had like, 5 minutes of thinking to provide an explanation for that. |

has this turned into a "music we can be appreciated by" thread or is it still a "music you don't necessarily like, but the art on the front cover is totally awesome, even though the music pretty much sucks" thread? |
