Guys did you know that "paraphenalia" is actually spelled paraphernalia, with an r? I am going to bet that half of you did and half of you didn't, because Google returns about the same number of hits for both spellings. |

I don't think it's even a dialect thing; the word is just so stupidly long that not even the most rhotic of rhotic speakers feel like exerting the energy to pronounce that r. |
