Remember in old comics how the bad guys would be totally distracted by Hostess Fruit Pies, and then Batman would be like "it's a good idea to have a nap after a snack!" and punch them out? While they were driving cars on the freeway, no less!
 - Nyah ha ha! Once I steal all the Hostess Fruit Pies and sell them at inflated prices, people will have to love me unconditionally!
 - Not so fast! Hostess Fruit Pies aren't for stealing! They're for EATING!
- Mmm, you're right! Cherry... apple... grape! SO DELICIOUS!
- RAPTOR FRENZY ATTACK @$^!$!
- ow
 - Yay! Now we can buy our delicious Hostess Fruit Pies for their regular price again!
- All in a day's work, citizen! SUPER-RAPTOR AWAAAAY!

Hostess fruit pies are the best things to be had from a vending machine.
When I go down to the vending area, and I see that one of the machines has the pies stocked, my day is made. |

But to be honest, most of these don't make sense in the first place. |
