HEY RYAN: Upgrade to phpBB 3

Okay, so it supports the super-awesome UTF-8 which means that if I want to throw some Japanese characters or playing card suites or the Korean character that looks like a dude in a hat or whatever up there I can do so without an image.

Also there's caching which might speed us up a bit? Speed is good!

Plus you can temporarily ban a dude, if you feel like banning someone for only a day or two.

People can quote multiple posts at once.

I think you can easily make a Wooo! button like the one on the Greasemonkey script I made only they made it easy to implement server-side?

It looks like Smiling Faces would be an easy fix. Seems like the only thing broken is the actual translation of the fake tags to img bbcode tags.

EDIT: Spoke too soon! Looks like it depends on the forum layout or some such?

But if there were a friends list I'd just friend everybody in the members list. And then I'd make Ryan both friend and foe for not disabling the foe list.
