The dumbest thing is that the scoffer looks like he knows what he is doing, like Satan just texted him instructions. He has been part of a sinner's sleeper cell just waiting for the end times, so that he can play goalie for some souls that would've otherwise been saved. He isn't so much doubtful as playing on the doubts of reasonable people who haven't heard about the Bible somehow.

I think, based on being called a troll on Facebook, I've learned that being called a troll just reflects the amount of butthurt people get over sarcasm.
