it's not really encrypted, just a super long anagram.
I should have a brute force solution by the end of the week maybe, but it's way too frustrating to work out by hand

I was trying to solve it with that tool Ryan linked to yesterday. I used up all my l's and i's and suddenly the letter pool was yelling "aaaaannnnnnuuuuuussssss" at me.

I was assuming it was fundamental
anyway I gave up on this because my computer seemed about to melt
